In the state of New Hampshire Oil Heat / Federal Fuel Assistance Programs, (also called "Low Income Home Energy Assistance Block Grant" or "LIHEAP"), are administered by the Office of Energy and Planning through local office of the Community Action Agency, (CAA).

New Hampshire residents needing heating oil assistance can contact Citizen's Energy, the non-profit organization founded by Joe Kennedy, ("Joe for Oil"). The organization provides eligible families with a one-time delivery of 100 gallons of home heating oil.
